What an amazing experience at this hotel! The welcoming atmosphere created by the staff truly made us feel at home throughout our stay. The highlight was definitely the upgrade to a room with a stunning view and the special touches for our anniversary. While we faced a minor issue with the shower, the service recovery was impressive, and I can't recommend them enough for their hospitality. The location near The Wharf was perfect for our outings, making our stay even more enjoyable.
